Why I now hate EA

I was on this account removed for security under the username. removed for security
I purchased the funds with paypal on May 9th.
I purchased 15,000 Funds 
I payed $21.59 for this purchase
As I said before I have tried to contact you twice before with no response.

They say the money was sent and received I just really could use these funds right now so I don't care what we do as long as I get the funds.

I now cannot even log into lord of ultima is this some scheme? Do I need to get a lawyer involved?I have apparently been banned this is an absolute outrage I want a reason as to why I was banned

So what have we learned from this? Don't dispute them taking your money and giving nothing in return or they WILL ban you.
